Check AT&T Internet & Wireless Outages

AT&T’s outage page can show general outage information by state. For details tied to a service address or account, AT&T asks you to verify a phone number on the account or sign in.

Important

General state-level information is not the same as confirmation for your address. AT&T may require a phone number, verification code or sign-in for account-specific details. Never enter account information anywhere except the official att.com site or app.

Five checks in the right order

  1. Open AT&T Service Outage Info and choose the relevant service type.
  2. Use the state search for general information.
  3. Verify the account phone number or sign in for address-specific details.
  4. Check alerts and restoration information shown for the account.
  5. If no outage appears, use official Internet or wireless troubleshooting.

State results and account results have different precision

  • The state finder provides broad context; it does not confirm a particular home or phone is affected.
  • Internet and wireless outages may be listed and diagnosed differently.
  • AT&T can send outage alerts when account contact information is current.
  • A home Wi-Fi problem may exist even when AT&T’s wider network is operating normally.
  • One Minute Updates never collects an AT&T phone number, verification code, address or password.

Avoid common traps

Can I see an exact address outage without verification?

Usually not. AT&T uses account verification or sign-in for the most specific details.

Does no statewide notice prove my equipment is working?

No. Continue with official troubleshooting if your service is not working.

Are Internet and wireless status the same?

No. Check the affected service separately because the cause and restoration can differ.
